REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Arabic

Ideally at least 3 months experience in a similar environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing customer support activities

Creating and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone

Liaising with potential clients and assisting them with account opening procedures

Documents verification and collection

Providing information to clients in regards to services and products
